Our beautiful mother, sister, and daughter, Shirley Elizabeth Graham, passed away January 2, 2019 in Paris, Texas. Visitation for family and friends will be Saturday, January 5th at 7:00pm with the funeral services Sunday, January 6th at 2:30pm. Both the visitation and funeral services will be at Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home, 730 Clarksville St., Paris, Texas.

Elizabeth was born on April 21, 1947 in Crockett, Texas to Aubrey Lloyd Chapman and Francis Charlene (Caskey) Chapman. She grew up in Oak Cliff, Texas.

Elizabeth worked mostly in retail and the food industry. She made a living through her love of baking, cooking, and candy-making, owning both a restaurant and old-fashioned candy store at different times in her life. She had many creative hobbies and interests including reading, writing poetry and short stories, crafting, and decorating. She even wrote and completed a novel although it was not published in her lifetime. An avid plant enthusiast, she had a natural green thumb and loved being outdoors surrounded by nature. Her biggest passion in life was her family; she cherished every moment and keepsake from them.

She was proceeded in death by her father, Aubrey Lloyd Chapman. She is survived by son, Dan Graham, and his wife, Terry Graham of McKinney, Texas; daughter, Monica Sanders, and her spouse, Melinda Sanders of Paris, Texas; daughter, Misti Diane Boots, and her husband, Mark Boots of Paris, Texas; daughter, Courtney Graham of Chicago, Illinois; grandson, Trent Bullard of Delray, Florida; granddaughters, Paige Graham-Simpson and Tawny Graham of McKinney, Texas; and one great-granddaughter, Olivia Grace Simpson of McKinney, Texas. She is also survived by her mother, Francis Charlene Chapman of Oak Cliff, Texas; sister, Helen Chapman Reid, and her husband, Bob Reid of The Woodlands, Texas; sister, Linda Erwin of Oak Cliff, Texas; brother, Jim Chapman, and his wife Sandra Chapman of Hawkings, Texas; as well as many beloved family members.
