The Red River County Sheriff’s Office recently addressed concerns regarding some convenience stores in Clarksville. Their inspections revealed that these stores were selling Delta THC and hemp products without the necessary licenses for hemp retail sales.
Store managers were promptly advised to remove these products from their shelves until proper licenses were obtained. During these inspections, no instances of marijuana distribution were found on any premises.
