Paris Junior College proudly announces that every member of the 2025 Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) graduating class has passed the National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN).
This marks another year of a 100% first-time pass rate, continuing a tradition of excellence in nursing education at PJC.
“This achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our students, the commitment of our exceptional faculty, and the strength of our nursing curriculum,” said Dr. Stephen Benson, PJC President. “Passing the NCLEX-PN on the first attempt is a significant accomplishment and doing so as a class is truly remarkable.”
The NCLEX-PN is a nationally standardized exam that measures the competencies needed to perform safely and effectively as a newly licensed, entry-level vocational nurse. A 100% first-time pass rate demonstrates not only student excellence but also the outstanding instruction and preparation students receive at PJC.
“Our students are trained to be ready for both the exam and the real-world challenges of patient care,” said Brad Bolton, Assistant Director of Nursing at Paris Junior College. “This 100% pass rate is more than a number—it’s a reflection of the long hours, clinical skill-building, and unwavering dedication our students and faculty invest every single day. We could not be prouder.”
PJC’s Vocational Nursing Program is recognized for its rigorous curriculum, experienced instructors, and commitment to student success, making it a vital contributor to the healthcare workforce in Northeast Texas.
