Amidst uncertain times, the North Lamar Pantherettes volleyball team is forced to quarantine for another week, but the Paris Lady Wildcats, Prairiland Lady Patriots, and the Bonham Lady Warriors are all still competing on the court with a fresh slate of games on tap for tonight at 6:30 p.m.
The Paris Lady ’Cats, who last defeated Bullard in five sets, face another tough foe. This time, Paris will take on the Van Lady Vandals in Wildcat Gymnasium. The matchup is a rematch of last year’s area round championship, a game the Lady Vandals came back to win in five sets in Royse City High School. Paris looks to even the score with Van at 6:30 p.m. tonight.
Meanwhile, the Prairiland Lady Patriots aim to continue their winning ways in district competition. The Lady Patriots (7-1, 2-0) go for their third district win in a row at Commerce, while Bonham plays at Howe in a district contest. Bonham is seeking its second win in a row in district play.
