The Honey Grove Police Department took to social media on Monday to let community members know a Lithuanian student has been approved to do door-to-door sales in the area
“Karlos Budrys is a college student doing a summer internship with the Educational Company out of Nashville and has received a door-to-door sales permit from Honey Grove City Hall,” said Honey Grove PD Chief Dixon.
Budrys will be selling educational material that provide ACT prep, college credit classes and study guides for all subjects K-12. He also has a jump start program for pre-K.
“If he knocks on your door, please don’t be intimidated by his accent. He is very friendly and has been approved for door to door sales. If you are not interested, he will give you a smile and move on to the next family.”
