National Day of Prayer will be held at Christ Community Church on May 2 at 6 p.m.
“Experience an evening filled with music, testimonies, and prayers for our city, community, state, and country. Let’s come together in unity and faith for a powerful time of reflection and supplication. See you there,” said event organizers.
There will be refreshments provided by HTeao and special guest speakers. Those attending are encouraged to bring a lawn chair.
National Day of Prayer became an official observance on the first Thursday in May after President Reagan signed it into law in 1988.
