Jimmy Dale Wilson, 67, of Paris, passed away Saturday, February 17, 2018, at Brentwood Terrace Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center.
Memorial services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Friday, Feb. 23rd, at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with Rev. Don Morton & Rev. Kenny Cheshire, officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home thirty minutes prior to the service.
Jimmy, the son of Hugh C. “Bog” & Bonnie Crabb Wilson, was born April 20, 1950, in Paris, Texas. He graduated from Sam Houston High School in Arlington. Jimmy’s career with LTV in Grand Prairie spanned a number of years. One of the highlights of his life was watching his beloved Dallas Cowboys! Jimmy was of the Baptist Faith and attended Ramseur Baptist Church with his parents when he was able.
He was preceded in death by his father, Hugh C. “Bog” Wilson, two brothers, Charles R. Wilson & Roger Dean Wilson and a sister, Connie Lynn Wilson. Survivors include his mother, Bonnie Wilson of Paris, a son, Shane Wilson of Bogata, a grandson, Chase Wilson, an uncle,
Ray Wilson, several nieces, nephews and cousins including Janice Nations of Paris along with his special caregivers, Diana and Joy, and the staff and nurses at Brentwood Terrace.
