While many couples were tying the knot on “Twosday,” two Houston babies made their grand entrance into the world on not only an unforgettable date but time also.
Both Annalise Carrion and Presley Vaclavik were born at 2:22 a.m. on 2/22/22.
And if being born on the date and time wasn’t special enough, both mothers were in labor for two days, and Annalise was born with two teeth, according to mom, Joseline Martinez, who was also born with two teeth.
Not only is 2/22/22 a palindrome, because it reads the same forward and backward, but it will also be the same no matter what part of the world you’re in, regardless if your country uses the day-month-year or year-month-day format.
The date is also an ambigram, which is a date that looks the same upside down and many believe 2/22/22 to be a day that brings good luck.
This date is so rare that National Weather Service says “Twosday” won’t happen again for another 400 years in 2422.
