Taco Bueno, an authentic Mexican fast-food restaurant, is set to open its new location, 2330 N. Main Street in Paris, on Dec. 4, 2023.
The restaurant sells tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, salads and bowls, and more unique items, including the Muchaco, a taco made with a soft pita-like shell.
“Taco Bueno was founded in 1967 by Bill R Waugh, an art graduate from Abilene Christian University, and now, almost 52 years later, while the other guys have turned to packaged and processed foods, we’ve stayed true to our roots by crafting authentic recipes in each of our kitchens. We do things the Bueno way, and you’re sure to taste the difference,” said the franchise online.
Hours of operation are unknown at this time.
