The Human Resources Council, Inc., will host its ‘Fan Drive Finale’ this Friday, June 16, at Home Depot from 4 – 6 p.m.
“Fans are an important service we provide to seniors, disabled individuals, veterans, and families with children in Northeast Texas,” said Shelly Braziel, Executive Director. “Your donation of a new box fan could make all the difference in keeping someone cool this summer.”
The event will be held on Friday at Home Depot from 4 – 6 p.m. There will be giveaways and refreshments.
“Pull up and drop off a new box fan or stay a while. If you can’t make it out, you can drop off fans at one of our amazing drop-off locations.”
Locations are Horizon House Transitional Shelter, Embark Care, Chambers Home Health & Hospice, East Texas Broadcasting, and Topp Gunn Auto Auction.
Cash donations can be made on the website, hrctexas.org or in-person on Friday.
“We can’t do this without you, and since we have yet to meet our goal of at least 100 fans, we need everyone’s help.”
