The Culpepper and Merriweather Circus will be pitching its tent up in Paris on Oct. 23, featuring two shows under a real Circus Big Top, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit Lamar County’s own Baby Gunn’s Animal Rescue.
The two showtimes for the upcoming circus at the Lamar County Fairground will be 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 23.
Tickets can be bought at a discounted price of $12 for adults and $7 for children and seniors before circus day online here, or at:

Online tickets are available until 10:00 p.m the night before the circus arrives or until sold out. On circus day, tickets can be purchased at the box office and will be $15 for adults and $8 for children 2-12 and seniors 65 and up. No charge for children under the age of 2.
A portion of the proceeds will go to support the circus’ sponsor – Baby Gunn’s Animal Rescue.
The Culpepper and Merriweather Circus 90-minute family-friendly show features Big Cats, Tight Rope, Aerialists, Horses, Daredevils and so much more.
