A cow is still at large after a double-decker semi-truck overturned in the 3800 block of Clarksville Street on Dec. 7.
Shortly before 8 a.m., the Paris Police Department, Paris Fire Department, Paris Animal Control, and the Lamar County Sheriff’s Office responded to an overturned cattle truck.
The semi-truck was carrying 99 head of cattle and several of them escaped the trailer.
All but one were recaptured, one was deceased, one was severely injured and one remains at large.
The animal was last seen in the Woodall Field Area.
