The Red River County committee of the Lamar County Adopt-A-Cop has scheduled their second fundraising event for the year.
‘Backing Our Blue Golf Tournament’ will be held in Clarksville on Saturday, October 13th at the Clarksville Country Club.
“All money raised will go towards the safety equipment needs of Red River County law enforcement,” said LCAC president Amanda Willows.
Registration is on the day of the event at 7:30 a.m. and the tournament begins at 9 a.m.
Teams of four players are $400. Lunch will be provided.
“We’re excited to have our second fundraiser for Red River County,” said Red River County representative Ronni Gibbs. “The county has been great back to us.
