William Walter Partin was born in El Centro, California, September 13, 1938 to parents Charles E. Partin and Ruby Moore Partin. He married Nancy Ann Webb January 2, 1960 in Las Vegas, Nevada. William worked as a trailer truck mechanic to support his family and once he retired, he and Nancy decided to move to Texas. They closed their eyes and picked a spot on the map. The finger of fate landed on Paris, Texas; a move they both delighted in. William and Nancy were member of the Lamar Avenue Church of Christ and enjoyed the fellowship there.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy; children, Bill Partin, Carol Roman and Debbie Mass; grandchildren, Brett Roman, Aaron Mass, Jonathan Mass, Kari Partin, D’Anne Eeds, Ryan Roman, Kyle Partin, Steven Roman, David Mass and Stephen Mass.
No services are scheduled at this time. His ashes will be scattered in a garden setting, befitting his love of God’s creation.
