The United Way of Lamar County (UWLC) will hold two Letter of Intent meetings for non-profit agencies interested in applying for 2020 funding.
Attending one of these meetings is mandatory for those agencies interested in receiving a 2020 UWLC grant application.
The meetings are at 1 p.m. on Monday, March 4th or Tuesday, March 5th at the United Way office, located at 2340 Lamar Avenue.
Jenny Wilson, UWLC Executive Director, stated “we welcome all 501-c-3 non-profit organizations to attend one of these meetings and apply for 2020 funding. In 2019 we awarded $500,000 to 24 local partner agencies.”
