Teachers awarded ‘Paws for Professional Development’ || Levels include white, blue and gold

Teachers at North Lamar ISD participated in activities that earned rewards in an initiative begun by the curriculum department this year.  Called “Paws for PD”, the initiative’s design is to increase professional development participation as well as provide incentives for teachers to hone their craft. Paws for PD has three levels: white, blue and gold, with gold being the highest level.

Teachers attaining the gold level were Stephen Keenum, Amy Norwood, Audrey Irwin, Amelia Brown, Nikki Jennings, Doris Michael and Carolyn Hiller.  Reaching the blue level were Jennifer Rutherford, Britany Creamer and Joseph Tellez.

Attaining white level were Tiffani Crawford, Taqoya Monds, Jenny Davis, Jeremy Glossup, Julie Stephens and Teresa Bussell.

Making the presentations were ELAR Instructional Coaches Shelly Bivens and Mark Russell, Math Instructional Coach Ella McLaughlin and Instructional Technology SpecialistJodie Ingram.
