Have you ever wondered how important your school attendance is? Well, for Honey Grove ISD Freshman Anthony Hernandez it meant winning a FREE car.
Hernandez received the car as a reward for his perfect school attendance during the 2018-19 school year.
Honey Grove students in grades 8-12 were eligible for the win if they had no absences recorded.
Students from the elementary, middle and high school campus’ gathered on the front lawn as Principal Tammy Mariani presented Hernandez with his well-deserved reward.
