The Paris City Council invites the public to a come-and-go reception for City Manager Grayson Path at 4 p.m. Monday, July 8, before the regular City Council meeting at 5:30 p.m.
Path has announced his resignation from his position to become City Manager of Amarillo. Path’s last day with the City of Paris will be Friday, July 12.
“The members of the City Council appreciate the four years Grayson has served as our City Manager and his accomplishments during his tenure,” Mayor Mihir Pankaj said. “We want to provide a time for our citizens to visit with him and express their best wishes as he makes this exciting next step in his career.”
The council will formally recognize Path during their 5:30 p.m. regular meeting.
