The Red River Valley Veterans Memorial will be holding a Veterans Day Observance on Sunday, November 11th at 2 p.m.
Featured speaker this year is Major General James K. Brown, Deputy Commanding General of US Army National Guard and Reserve Forces, Ft. Bragg, North Carolina.
“We will also be handing out commemorative coins in honor of the 100th Anniversary of the end of WWI on 11-11-1918,” said veteran, Johnny Williams, who served from 1966 – 1972.
Paris High School band will provide patriotic music and play the service anthems.
