Hugo, Oklahoma, residents now have another option for buying groceries.
Family-owned Pruett’s Food opened its doors on Wednesday offering locals everything from fresh sushi and produce to a large selection of meat, a deli, and more.
“Pruetts produce is top-notch and their customer service is wonderful,” said Tonya Schaefer on Facebook.
Jodie Allen said, “Got lunch there at the deli today! It was great.”
Pruett’s Food began in 1946 in Copeville, Texas, and is known for its top choice meats, superior fruits and vegetables, and knowledgeable customer service. The Broken Bow-based company now has stores in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas.
As a member of Associated Wholesale Grocers (AWG), the nation’s largest cooperative food wholesaler to independently owned groceries, AWG membership allows the company to offer quality products at low prices.
The store, located across from the hospital on E Kirk Street, is open 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
