Paris High School senior Trae Johnson recently signed his letter of intent to play college basketball at Coastal Bend College, a junior college in Beeville.
Coastal Bend competes in Conference XIV of the NJCAA, the same conference as Paris Junior College.
Johnson helped lead his Wildcats to the regional tournament in each of the last two seasons. He averaged double-digit points in junior and senior seasons.
