A robbery was reported in the 700 block of Bonham St. The victim advised that he bought gas and before he could leave the station, a young black male approached him, placed a gun to his head and demanded cash. The victim gave the suspect money and then fled the scene. Officers were not able to located the suspect. Investigation will continue.
Officers worked an assault in the 900 block of E Price. The reporting party advidsed that her ex-husband had been keeping their 18 month old child all weekend. The child was returned with bruises to the child’s legs as well as a partial black eye. The child was dirty and wet. The reporting party does not believe that the father is taking care of the child and is possibly abusing the child. Investigation is ongoing.
