Officers on foot patrol contacted Louis Huley Jr. in the 800 block of E. Provine. A warrant check on Huley revealed that he had an outstanding Felony warrant for Parole Violation in the state of Georgia. Huley was arrested on the warrant and taken into custody. During booking Huley became ill and was transferred to a health care facility.
No further felony offenses or arrest were reported.
