10/05 16.41 Officers responded to a disturbance in the 1400 block of W. Washington. This was the 2nd call in as many days reporting that Chase Alan Aills was causing a disturbance. It was found that Aills had assaulted a family member. This assault was witnessed and video taped by a witness at the residence. Aills was uncooperative and belligerent towards officers at the scene having commited the assault and damaged property at the residence. He was arrested and charged with Assault Family Violence Causing Bodily Injury. Aills was evaluated by medical personnel and then booked and placed in jail.
10/05 14:49 Jaylon Terrell King was arrested at the Lamar County Probation Office on a warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon stemming from an incident earlier that same day. During that previous incident, King had attempted to strike a victim with his vehicle in the 1800 block of Jackson St. King was taken into custody without incident and placed in jail.
10/05 0649 Officers received notification of a vehicle theft from the 3100 block of Mahaffey. The vehicle had already been located by Reno Police on Pine Mill Rd. Within the vehicle, stolen property from several other Burglary of Motor Vehicles was found fom various other vehicles in the city. Another vehicle was reported stolen from the 4200 block of Castlegate on the same date. This vehicle was recovered at Wade’s Park on E. Price St. There were multiple vehicle burglaries in the city and in the Blossom area. Property was stolen from the vehicles including firearms. Evidence was collected at various scenes indicating that the incidents are all connected. The investigation will continue.
