Practice Safety during Halloween
As a community, we want every child to be safe on Halloween. If you see any behavior that puts you, your kids, or other children at risk, call the Paris Police Department (903-784-6688) immediately. See Something, Say Something. Travel in well-lit areas with adults. Stick to familiar neighborhoods. Children should be fully visible and wear reflective clothing, carry a flashlight or glow stick. Make sure costumes fit correctly because they can create a tripping hazard. Hats and masks should not block vision. Motorist should drive with caution.
