On Mar. 7, an officer stopped a vehicle in the 3500 block of Pine Mill Rd for improper turning and driving erratically. The officer made contact with Jacob Anthony Lewis (27) who was found to be intoxicated. Lewis failed several field sobriety test and was arrested for Driving while intoxicated. Lewis was found to have a previous conviction for DWI and was charged with enhancement of DWI to a Class A Misdemeanor.
On Mar. 7, while working a minor traffic accident an officer came into contact with Rahsaan Badi Porter (51). It was confirmed that Porter had outstanding warrants for two Criminal Mischief incidents as well as a Burglary of Motor vehicle. The warrants were the result several 2023 incidents in which Porter damaged a victim’s vehicle as well as other property. Porter was arrested on these charges as well as for several municipal warrants.
Officers made 6 traffic stops, 5 adult arrest, and answered 76 calls for service on for this reporting period.
