Paris ISD’s Hype Hazard team made its mark on the global stage, finishing 2nd in the world in the Middle Division Community Problem Solving division at the Future Problem Solving International Conference.
The team, consisting of Anna Echols, Clara Schmidt, Emma Donnan, Kennedy Moore, and Amelia Elliott, competed against students from around the world.
Their award-winning project focused on raising awareness about the impact of energy drinks on middle school athletes.
Through research, education, and community outreach, the team worked to help their peers make healthier choices for performance, focus, and long-term wellness.
What began as a student-led project to make a difference in their community has now earned international recognition.
“Their dedication, teamwork, and commitment to solving real-world problems exemplify what Future Problem Solving is all about,” said Paris ISD. “Congratulations, Hype Hazard. You have represented Paris ISD, Paris Junior High, and Wildcat Nation with excellence on the international stage.”
