Paris Independent School District students recently competed in campus spelling bees, and eight students will represent the District in the annual Lamar County Spelling Bee. This year’s spelling bee will be held at Paris Junior High School on February 8.
Campus co-champions are Aikin fourth graders Ashton Farren and Garrett Lane, pictured with Principal Kimberly Donnan and Reading Coach Vickie England; Justiss fourth graders Conner Hendricks and Anastacio Bridges, pictured with Reading Coach Tami Atteberry; Crockett Intermediate sixth graders Reed Hartman and Arshia Khadka, pictured with Reading Coach Jill Nutt; and Paris Junior High seventh grader Gage Plata and eighth grader Arjan Khadka.
