Paris Kiwanis Club reported its Pancake Days was a record-breaking success.
During the organizations March 14 meeting, it was reported 12,008 people were served during Pancake Days this year. This includes 4,881 students and 677 take-out orders. The community organization served 717 more than 2022’s 11,291 people.
“Thanks for making Pancake Days a great success!”
A Red River Valley tradition for more than seven decades, many community members praised the organization’s event, one saying, “I always enjoy going to Kiwanis Pancake Day.
“Went (Friday) morning and wasn’t disappointed at all,” one event goer said on social media. “I usually go early, but it was about 9:45 a.m. … Thank you to all who make this event happen. It’s good food and a way to support this organization.”
