On Call Home Health and Hospice are offering FREE diabetic educational management classes open to the public each month.
Join instructors Karen Hopper – Dietitian CDE, Lisa Allen – RN/CDE and Pepper Andrews – RN/BSN as they discuss different topics each week.
Classes are held every Wednesday evening from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. at On Call Home Health and Hospice located at 147 N. Collegiate Drive in Paris.
Class Schedule:
1st Wednesday of every month: Getting Started With Diabetes || The Role Exercise Plays || What About Medications.
2nd Wednesday of every month: Basics of DM Meal Planning
3rd Wednesday of every month: Complications – What Are They and How To Avoid Them || Sick Day Management || Setting Goals
4th Wednesday of every month: Making Healthy Food Choices || Label Reading.
