North Lamar Band’s inaugural ‘Chair-ity’ musical chairs competition is set for 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 5 in conjunction with Reno’s Movies in the Park at Kiwanis Park.
The North Lamar Band Boosters is hosting the inaugural ‘Chair-ity,’ where it is also recommended to bring your own chair and pay $5 to enter into the giveaway. The winner will take home half the pot, and it is open to all ages.
“Come a wee bit early, have a good laugh and some light exercise, potentially win enough for a tank of gas or two, and support our fabulous high school band program.”
Reno Kiwanis Park is located at 6820 Pine Mill Rd. in Reno.
