Three men have been arrested and charged with multiple theft charges after Lamar County Deputies found more than $2,900 in stolen items in their vehicle.
On Wednesday, the LCSO assisted the Paris Police Department in locating a vehicle involved in retail theft from two Paris businesses. Deputies located the vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on a county road in Eastern Lamar County and conducted a traffic stop.
During the investigation, deputies located items reported stolen inside the vehicle totaling over $2,900.
Robert Shea Moran, 36, of Clarksville was arrested for Theft of property <$2500 w/two or more previous convictions; Theft of property <$2500 w/two or more previous convictions; Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity; Prohibited Substance in Correctional Facility; Possession of Marijuana <2oz; Possession CS PG 1 <1G; Possession Dangerous Drug. Moran remains in the Lamar County Jail with bonds totaling $21K
Landon Gage Davidson, 20, of Bogata was arrested for Theft of Property >=$750 <$2500; Theft of Property >=$750 <$2500; Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. Davidson remains in the Lamar County Jail with bonds totaling $10K
Darin Wade Screws, 58, of Bogata was arrested for Theft of Property >=$750 <$2500; Theft of Property >=$750 <$2500; Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. Screws remains in the Lamar County Jail with bonds totaling $10K.
