Last week, the Lamar County Sheriff’s Office recognized it’s 2023 Employee’s of the Year, who were nominated by their peers.
“They should be commended on the job they do for the citizens of Lamar County,” said Sheriff Scott Cass. “Congratulations and ‘Keep on Keepin’ On.'”
Roper Hill was named Deputy of the Year, Shane Bigler was recognized as Detention Officer of the Year and Anita Travis was named Telecommunicator of the Year.
