The Lamar County Chamber of Commerce has been running a blitz on local businesses surprising them to simply say “THANK YOU”.
“I believe the chamber did something like this years ago,” said Chamber President Paul Allen. “We named it ‘The Blitz’ because we just show up and go in.”
Every other Friday, the Chamber randomly selects a member to surprise.
“The response from the businesses and our ambassadors has been very good.”
The latest business to be “blitzed” earlier this morning was Ironside Nutrition.
The Lamar County Chamber of Commerce shared the “blitz” on their Facebook page.
“We hope he enjoys his treats and his Surprise. Thank you Chamber Ambassadors for coming out and Jeff Beeler, Owner for being a good support. His place looks amazing. If you have been trying to lose weight, gain weight, or gain muscle, go see Jeff. He can help.”
