Kenneth Burl Jones, 51, of Paris, passed away Thursday, Oct. 28, 2021, at his home while surrounded by family.
Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled services for 3:00 p.m. Monday, Nov. 1st at Victory Baptist Church with Rev. Curtis Blake officiating. Private burial will follow. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
Kenneth was born Sept. 11, 1970, in Hugo, Oklahoma.
He graduated from North Lamar High School in 1989. Kenneth then began work at Campbell Soup Company, where he worked until his health failed in 2003. He was a member of Victory Baptist Church. An avid fisherman, he loved the outdoors. Kenneth’s favorite hobby was “eating out”.
He was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Carson Jones on Dec. 3, 2016, a sister, Sherry Gates McCool in 2019, a nephew, Paul Gates in 2002, and his grandparents, Bill & Lucille Hall and Bill & Agnes Jones.
Survivors include his wife, Brandi Garrison Jones, whom he married on Sept 4, 1993, building 28 years of family & memories, two children, Devin Jones and Abigail Jones, his mother, Lois Hall Ingram & husband Wayne, his father, Ray Jones, two brothers, Kevin Gates & wife Tami and Brian Jones & wife Penny, his father-in-law & mother-in-law, Mark & Pam Garrison, his grandmother-in-law, Ruth Garrison, and two brothers-in-law, Kris Garrison & wife Lesley and Joshua Garrison & wife Jennifer along with several nieces & nephews and a plethora of friends.
Casket bearers will be: Sammy Magnuson, Joe Sanders, Jeff Hall, Lonnie Hall, Scott Hall, Brad Lancaster, Nelson Hevron, and Keith Burkart.
