A fish fry benefit will be held on Mar. 2, 2024, at the Klondike Community Center to help Jimmy and Lucy Sweat as they both undergo cancer treatments.
Fish, fries, beans, pulled sandwiches, chips and drinks will be served from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Plates are $10 and to-go plates will also be available.
There will be a silent auction on an air compressor, nail gun, cakes, pies, and cookies. The auction will end at 4 p.m.
Tickets for a raffle for a Savage .308 rifle with scope will also be for sale for $5 each or 3 for $10. Drawing for the rifle will be at 4 p.m.
