A small group of kids within the Girls and Boys Club of Paris are working together to collect items for Paris’ Annual Christian in Action Thanksgiving Luncheon.
The group calls themselves “Operation Empower” and together has organized a “Share the Warmth” donation drive in which they’ll be collecting hats, socks, gloves, blankets and more to donate to those in need during the luncheon.
Not only does the luncheon feed the homeless but they also have much-needed items given to them via the “Warmth Table”.
In addition to the donation drive, Operation Empower kids plan to help serve at the lunch on November 20, 2018.
