Billy Thomas Martin was born on January 31, 1937 in Hamburg, Arkansas to parents, Claudell and Elizabeth Martin. He passed away at his home in Hot Springs, Arkansas on October 30, 2021.
He was a good husband, father, man and friend.
He will be greatly missed by those who knew him.
