Socrates students at Aikin Elementary wanted to make a difference and chose to have a monetary drive to benefit the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. They made heart-shaped mobiles that they gave to those donating. As a result, they collected $57.61 by donating their snack bar money, piggy bank money, and teacher donations.
