Cathy Lollar, 69 years old, left this Earth to be withy our Lord and Savior on Thursday June 18, 2026.
A Memorial Service is scheduled for Friday June 26, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Paris Church of God located at 1400 Bonham Street in Paris, TX. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service.
Cathy was born to Frank and Joy York on July 20, 1956. She spent most of her life in Paris, where she worked for several years as a Teachers Assistant and a Wal-Mart Cashier. She had several hobbies such as cooking and plants. Oh how our house was covered in Ivys and Ferns. She always had an amazing “Green Thumb”.
Survivors include one brother, Gary F. York of Paris; her three children, Amanda Lollar and husband Michael Lester of Paris, Michael York of Paris and Dana York of Paris. She had four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Cathy was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Joy York; a sister, Janice York; and a brother Jimmy York.
