The Paris 9U Dixie Baseball team is set to return tonight and be celebrated as the new 2019 World Series Champions at Paris Ford Lincoln at 2020 NE Loop 286.
Henry Shaw, with Paris Ford Lincoln, said they were super proud of the team and what they accomplished that they wanted to celebrate with them as well.
“We’re really proud not just for returning home as champs, but knowing that we had a small part in that success as well,” Shaw said, “it’s important to us that we show our support to the kids and coaches.”
There will be hamburgers at the celebration tonight, and it will kick off at 6:30 p.m. and run for around an hour.
