On Oct. 24 Downtown Paris, Texas will come alive with its 20th annual Festival of Pumpkins. There will be over 40 vendors, kids’ games, pumpkin decorating and costume contests, musical entertainment, food trucks and more.

Festival of Pumpkins Adopt-A-Thon! – Paris, TX Shelter – Oct. 24
During the Paris Festival of Pumpkins, Paris, TX Shelter Adoptables will host a pet and owner look-a-like costume contest. Plus they will have many dogs and cats looking for FURever homes. Dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. Spin the wheel to see your adoption fee. Pet gift basket included with every adoption. The contest begins at 10:15 a.m. with registration at 10 a.m.
Ladies of Impact Retreat – Celebrate It – Oct. 24 at 9 a.m.
Do you struggle with feeling like you are enough? Then join Impact Church on Oct. 24 as we discover how we ARE enough through Christ and how to fulfill everything He has called us to. Guests will hear from Amanda Miller, special guest Paige Henderson, and more. Lunch will be provided. There will also be coffee hot and waiting for you that morning along with a few breakfast items. Doors will open at 8:30 a.m. and the event will start at 9 a.m. There will be no childcare for this event.

Buddy Baseball “Mini Season” – Woodall Field – Oct. 24 at 10 a.m.
Because of the Covid-19 situation, we are unable to play Buddy Basketball this year. We still want to give children with disabilities an opportunity to enjoy playing sports, so we are going to play a “Mini Season” of Buddy Baseball. This season will be different from the typical seasons of the past. There will be no registration fee and we will not be giving out jerseys or awards. This season will mainly be an opportunity for players to play the game they love and socialize with others. Even though buddies will be limited, we will ensure all players are able to fully participate in a safe manner
