More than 40 locals gathered together on Saturday for the Paris’ annual ‘Fall Sweep,’ organized by Keep Paris Beautiful, the City of Paris, and United Way of Lamar County.
Volunteers helped clean up yards by mowing, raking up leaves, moving small brush, and sweeping driveways/sidewalks at 16 homes in west Paris.
Breakfast was provided by the Credit Union of Texas at the Oak Park pavilion in west Paris.
“Paris volunteers are the BEST,” said Keep Paris Beautiful online. “Thank you to the 40+ folks who came out today for Fall Sweep. Thank you to United Way of Lamar County, the City of Paris and Credit Union of Texas for your partnership in the great event.”
