With Election Day less than 24 hours away, several Lamar County residents have been showing their support for President Trump in a unique way.
“We are avid Trump supporters and wanted to show our support,” said Angie Stephens. “This is a big election year and we want to encourage people to go vote.”
Using four round hay bales, Angie and her husband Jason commissioned Jamie Dickey with Grid Lock Construction to build the large President Trump display on FM 195 that took eight hours to complete.
“We have only received positive remarks and the community loves it,” she said. “People stop all the time taking pictures as they are driving by. It has been a really fun adventure.”
Other Trump hay bales have also been spotted on 271 south just before Deport and on 271 N just before Powderly.
