The annual Paris Can-Can Follies is right around the corner and there is still time to get tickets for the event that will have you laughing all night long.
The Paris Can-Can Follies is an annual performance featuring lip-sync performances by well-known community members and groups with the proceeds benefiting a local organization.
This year tickets sales will benefit the ‘100 Club of Lamar County’.
The 100 Club is a volunteer membership organization managed by a board of directors elected by the members. Support is provided to Law enforcement, Fire, EMS, and Corrections in Lamar County to dependent families of a public servant “killed in the line of duty.” The fallen officer will collect benefits from the entity they work for, however, the 100 Club provides the first check of $10,000 immediately to the family as soon as possible.
Tickets are $30 each and are available at East Texas Broadcasting, People’s Insurance, The Paris News and Brookshire’s. Will call tickets 903-491-3086
The Paris Can-Can Follies will take the stage Friday and Saturday night, August 3rd & 4th, at the PJC Ray Karrer Theatre at 7 p.m.
