Texas Night Out, hosted by the Paris Police Department, has been set for Tuesday, Oct. 1, at the Love Civic Center Pavilion, 2025 S. Collegiate Dr.

“Texas Night Out is an enjoyable way to increase neighborhood spirit, fire safety, improve police-community partnerships and help keep our city safe,” said Paris Police Officer Curtis Graham.

The event will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. and there will be plenty of giveaways and fun for the whole family.

“Kids will be able to take a look in patrol cars, firetrucks, and ambulances, plus McGruff The Crime Dog will be there and AirEvac.”

There will be free hot dogs, drinks, and chips also.

“This event is fun for the whole family and all the children who come needs to make sure they get a token when they arrive to be in the draw to win a bicycle,” added Graham.
