The Red River County Street Crime Unit arrested Markeath Garcia on June 8, 2025, after a traffic stop led to the discovery of MDMA, cocaine, methamphetamine and more.
Deputies made the traffic stop in the area of North Young Street in Clarksville which led to a probable cause search of the vehicle.
As a result of the search, the following items were recovered:
- 51 grams of MDMA
- 2 ounces of cocaine
- 42 grams of methamphetamine
- 20 grams of marijuana
- $1,265 in U.S. currency
- One unlawfully carried weapon
Garcia was arrested and transported to the Red River County Jail on charges of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG 2 or 2-A >4g<400g, Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG 1 >4g<200g, Possession of Marijuana <2oz, and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon.

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
