Ricky Cassel, 68 of Paris, passed away Tuesday, April 15, 2025.
A funeral service has been set for Monday, April 21, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home with Stuart Rose, Dontrail Mathis and Tyesha Craddock officiating. The visitation will held one hour prior to the service time. Interment will be held on a later date at DFW National Cemetery.
Ricky was born in LaFayette, Georgia on April 1, 1957 to Isaac and Margaret Cassel He served in the United States Army. He was a talented carpenter, landscaper and handy-man. He had a heart of gold and would help anyone in need. Ricky was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Ann Cassel; granddaughter, Laura Cassel; step-children, Christopher Cassel, Steven Kimball; step-grandchildren, Oakland Kimball, Cedar Kimball; sister, Vicki Hugger.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Kristofer Cassel; 2 brothers and 1 sister.
