Richard David Russell, 66, of Paris, passed away March 7, 2019, at Paris Regional Medical Center.
Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 10th, at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with Rev. Tiny Freelen officiating. Burial will be made in Springhill Cemetery. Those wishing to pay respects may sign Mr. Russell’s register book at the funeral home.
He was born July 4, 1952 to Louis and Helen Rodgers Russell in Paris, TX. He married the love of his life, Palma Doty, on Oct. 30, 1992. There was no greater love that they shared together in this life. Richard was a loving father, husband and Pawpaw. He was loved by many, always had a smile on his face and never met a stranger.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Palma Russell of Paris, five children, Tim Ince of Paris, Cory Russell and wife Brandi of Eustace, TX, Maranda Mahon and husband Randall of Paris, Felicia Russell of Paris and Aaron Russell and wife Kodie of Paris, eleven grandchildren; Alexis Russell, Noah Russell and Collin Russell of Eustace, TX, Keeley Mahon, Rylee Mahon, Marissa Bates, Ethan Goss, Hannah Russell, Aaron Russell, Jr., Phillip Ince and Kristen House all of Paris, two great grandchildren along with numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and a host of friends.
