Paris Regional Medical Center physicians, leaders, and clinicians gathered last week to celebrate the Center of Excellence and Center of Distinction Award, which was given to the Wound Care and Hyperbarics Team by Healogics, the nation’s largest provider of advanced wound care services.

The Center achieved outstanding clinical outcomes for twelve consecutive months, including patient satisfaction higher than 93 percent, and a minimum wound healing rate of at least 99.7% within 28 median days to heal. There we 635 centers eligible for the Center of Distinction award, but only 427 achieved the honor.

“Our experienced Team at The Wound Care and Hyperbarics Center are committed to advancing the treatment, healing, and prevention of chronic, non-healing wounds.
